Not able to reproduce this after reboot, get the modal dialog but

recalling that just a reboot
While reviewing a silo I was investigating lp:1471338 with boiko and we
were both stymied trying to find the syslog--this fix would be really
really helpful for basic debugging. IIRC I was on arale shortly before

I'm waiting on an update to 99 but this works for me in 97 (20131015),

Network menu shows WiFi networks even the switch is off

So I'm able to reproduce this by turning off/on/off Wi-Fi under System
Settings; that menu is left in a state with APs remaining--then
navigating to the indicator will show those remaining networks. (I.e.
shutdown/startup may not be implicated.)

1. Swipe open network indicator.
2. Select a Wi-Fi access point other than the currently selected.
3. A notification opens, offering opportunity to 'Connect' or 'Cancel'.
4. Select 'Cancel'.
EXPECTED RESULT:
- Return to the Wi-Fi selection
So I haven't seen this for a while; Gema can you confirm, and then we'll
close this?
