libgcrypt 1.8.2 has the fixes. That 1.8.1 was a typo on my part. The
problem is not fixed in bionic.

gpg-agent crashes when servicing concurrent connections

Public bug reported:
A defect in the gpg-agent causes it to crash while servicing multiple
concurrent private decryption requests. This bug has been fixed in the
upstream (see https://dev.gnupg.org/T3530) in GnuPG 2.2.4 and libgcrypt
1.8.2.

This bug affects fis-gtm. Affected desktops are 14.04.3 using
3.13.0-65-generic. Other 14.04.3 systems not using that kernel are
unaffected.

I have a similar problem. I have a Dell Mini 9 which connected just
fine to a network with WPA just fine, but refuses to connect to my home
network with 128bit WEP password. Network Manager acts like it joined
the network, but it claims to be unable to get a DHCP response.
