1) Launch a webapp that requires a new account (let's assume it's facebook)
2) Wait for facebook's login page to show but don't complete the login
3) Open system settings->Accounts
4) Tap on any other account to add a new account
I flashed a second Krillin device to rc-proposed r335, the bug was
triggered after just a couple of minutes.
Tony adviced using tcpdump, so I looked for some useful DNS related
tcpdump commands, and that resulted in the log you can find attached
INFO about the device:

After a short time DNS stopped working.

Yesterday I was able to kind of reliably reproduce the bug by doing the
following:
1) connect to office WiFi

Additional info: I have silo77 (the one with the VPN fix) installed
since yesterday, Tony asked me to test it to see if it fixed the bug in

today, after I switched WiFi off, the phone switched to mobile data, but
internet was not working at all.
Differently from the WiFi case, where ping was working and it seems
DNS was the only broken piece, now with mobile data not even ping
is working.

I had the same problem with the Telegram app, it wasn't starting, I just
got blank screen after running the app.
Michael suggested looking for .lock files...
turns out I had .config/com.ubuntu.telegram//auth.lock
after removing that file Telegram app works again :)

I opened Updates page to update the OS. I had app updates available (UI
Toolkit gallery, uNav, and one more), I tapped on "Update", the app
downloaded the UITK Gallery update but then got stuck at "Installing..."

FocusScope redirects focus to the last child who requested it.
I believe in this case, the problem might be that something is setting
focus:false on the QQuickTextInput. When you do that, the FocusScope
does not know whom to redirect the focus
In my case, I was continuously switching between Telegram and Twitter
apps (post a tweet, then switch, chat a bit, then switch, etc)...could
it have something to do with the browser? (since it's also part of the
usecase presented by the bug author)

gallery:
1) When the layout is switched to 1 column, Gallery sets
header.flickable=templateFlickable so that the header hides and shows
based on user interaction with the page
