package openssh-server 1:5.3p1-3ubuntu7 failed to install/upgrade:
procedure installed post-installation script
Actually previously an ssh server has been installed but uninstalled
completely and also deleted the /etc/ssh folder manually. Surprisingly,
even after giving this error after starting ltsp server everything was
working as if nothing bad happened. I don't know what to assume and i
can't reproduce

way when i clicked for a second instance of brasero. Now on startup i have

From 9.10 to 10.04 upgrade
and with kernel 2.6.31-16-generic the upgrade stopped with this error.
Before the update i couldn't update my system because of destroyed
packages. I tried several methods to fix but none worked so i decided to
upgrade

Confirmed here too.
Fixing the hue in totem (see above comments) fixes the problem in whole system.

I found in the ubuntu forums that by editing the nm-system-settings.conf:
sudo nano /etc/NetworkManager/nm-system-settings.conf
and changing the managed to true:
managed=true
and then by reseting the network manager settings:
sudo killall nm-system-settings
i can see all of my pre-added
no more freezes after the update :
