So looks like the problem is the "live" installer. I suppose that the
same scenery with 19.04
How to reopen the BUG?

In Display settings, the default option when changes the configuration is "keep
changes".
If there is a problem and you can NOT see the message, if you press "Intro"
(accidently or because you don't know what to do) is going to keep the change
