If I had 'options video acpi_backlight=vendor' to
/etc/modprobe.d/options, then the brightness slider still works well but
the fn keys for brightness do not work anymore (with an asus laptop).

I had this issue on Intrepid: my wireless connection always disconnected and
sometimes it reconnected automatically, sometimes it asked me my password (a
lot of times). I downgraded to network-manager 0.6.6 and I have no more problem.
