Okay...
I removed the source compiled xen 3.1.0 from the system, tried it again and
upgrade went smoothly. Xen 3.2.0 is not very happy once you try to install it
on a system containing other versions of Xen.
I do not have any other system on which to replicate the bug. So i think
we can close
apparantly it is due to the fact I had installed Xn 3.1.0 from source.
So conflicts are for libxen3.1.0.
