[Bug 892900] Re: Keyboard shortcuts to indicators

2011-11-23 Thread Audun Wangen
You are right, Marco! That really helps a lot. I knew about the shortcut, but never considered that the application menu shortcut could be used to access indicators. Indicators are a completely different thing, so on my part it does deserve a special keyboard shortcut. F10 definately makes it usab

[Bug 152802] Re: gnome-launch-box hangs sometimes

2008-05-15 Thread Audun Wangen
By the way: I guess making a script that kills gnome-launch-box before it launches it again would be a quick workaround. #!/bin/bash killall gnome-launch-box gnome-launch-box -t If you save this script as gnome-launch-box-startup.sh, you should be able to bind a key to the script using gconf-edit

2008-05-15 Thread Audun Wangen
I've tried gnome-launch-box on both 7.10 and 8.04 (fully updated), and I can confirm this bug. First time I run it it runs fine, but the second time it always fails, and I have to kill gnome-launch-box. The "dialog" opens up, but it doesn't respond to keyboard input, like in the description above.
