Why is the status of this bug Fix released?
The fix is only for the spanish translation as far as I understand it.
For example, en_GB still translates bluetooth to Bluetooth:

Hardy weather info doesn't always appear on reboot with World
I can confirm this.
Up to now, the weather was never displayed directly after login for me,
but only after I once had switched the temperature or wind speed unit.
It does not depend on the value to which I change it, though.
In .xsession-errors there are warnings like this one:

I want to use the Only use VPN connection for these addresses option
under the Routing tab, but it does not seem to do anything.
Before starting any VPN connection, route -n gives:
