Oops - I don't know how that happened. As I was saying... Regarding Clementine, as soon as you open the program go to Preferences - Behavior - Uncheck Show tray icon. This seems to fix the problem for now. I think whats happening is when we close the window it's closing to a hidden tray icon,

I'm updating this as confirmed as I am experiencing the exact same issues with my BlackBerry Curve 8900. The m3u playlists created on the BlackBerry have absolute paths - therefore Rythmbox and Banshee should export playlists in the same fashion. I will do the upstream reporting but I'm not sure

I agree with both of you, and thank you: it does seem to be a STAC9205 problem. The Dell D830 is also effected by the same bug (also STAC9205), maybe looking for workarounds with that model will help ours? Anyway, I am going to mark that bug as a duplicate and then change the title of our bug.
