Does shotwell send my pictures out of my computer over the internet
when I accidently hit export. or just to my desktop file manager?

bug #44506 is no longer a problem.
i reloaded updated successfully, everything works fine now -
except that when i return after suspend i get a message serious kernel
problem ... might become unstable.
reported as bug #447653, #448834, and joined bug #450711.

karmic, everything works okay except no audio.
see my system test for details.
this is only the second time after successful install of 9.10 that i have tried
to turn on after suspend.
both times this instability problem has occurred.

i am using beta karmic kola.
this bug showed up after doing update 10-9-2009 5:25 pm mtn time.
prior successful update was 10-9-2009 around 10 am.

one hour and a half , earlier i reported bug #447653, but have corrected by
restart.
everything checks out ok except there isn't any audio.
before i used audacious media player successfully with jaunty.
jaunty by it self gave no audio.
i read a bug report that audacious

update was done via alt F2.
