Unfortunately "disabling" in Settings -> Devices -> Keyboard isn't
possible. The dialogue when trying to "change" the settings provides
only the option to set a new shortcut or to hit "Del" to disable. BUT if
I hit Del this simply sets the shortcut from Shift+PrtSc to Del. :-/

The Setup for debugging solved the problem (at least for the last hours).
Looks like connecting and updating are working now (the didn't bevore I
followed your above instructions this morning).
The logs are attached.
If the situation gets worse again, I'll come up with new log-files.
