Public bug reported: Earlier, I installed a new nvidia driver (recommended by the hardware drivers manager). It works perfectly except for one problem. When I get to the login screen, my moniter changes to 640x480, but the whole screen stays at 1152x864. Because of this, I can only see the top-left corner of the screen, just enough for me to login in. Here is my xorg.conf:
