The latest libpoppler updates seems to have "Improved" this bug, I no
longer have jumbled text, although I now have the odd missing character
at the beginning of a new line and a capital 'V' sometimes appears near
the end of lines or at line breaks?

The problem seems to only occur when the using the FPDF "Output()"
function without any arguments, outputting the pdf stream directly to
the browser without writing it to disc. HTH.

This bug can be fixed by installing the latest Netrw vimball. Therefore
the bug lies squarely on the Netrw plugin shipped with gutsy.

library. When I open the document it looks fine, when I go to "print" >
"print preview" the letters of the words and whitespaces are all jumbled
