demote foolscap and rdeps to -proposed, incmpatible with
Sigh, I've got some unreliable tests that fail on slower systems (I
unwisely used fixed-duration delays in many places). I've pushed a new
commit to make that particular test file reliable, but I've seen others
fail kinda randomly.
I'll see what other low-hanging test-reliability fruit there is,
I just released foolscap-0.13.0, which ought to fix this.. let me know
if you see any problems, or if I can help with getting it into
debian/ubuntu before the package gets removed. Thanks!

Aha, not so fast. We have two separate issues here, and neither one of
them is resolved in Ubuntu:
1: python-nevow in Hardy puts the .egg-info file in the wrong place, and
additionally setuptools fails to recognize that it is already installed,
so 'easy_install' will redownload it. The most
