Public bug reported: Hello! I just upgraded from 19.10 to 20.04 and my svg wallpaper doesn't stretch to fill the screen anymore. Other options like tiling still work. (Obviously it did work before the upgrade.) I don't know exactly where the bug is, but I suppose it has to be in the ubuntu or

I was helped on #ubuntu on irc, executing "do-release-upgrade" in bash does the trick. But There was no feedback or error or log saying that my shell was the issue. I wasn't aware that changing my shell could have this effect. So I would still consider this 'bad behavior' and a bug. -- You
