local nodes by referring to the hostname, so it is pretty clear that hostname

We just upgraded a Juno openstack environment to this kernel version and we are
still seeing this on a network node.

I tested the mainline kernels, and the error appears less frequently, but still
exists, at least in generic-i386 and amd64 versions.
