Yes the issue did not happen prior to the update to 18.04. But I don't
know if there was a prior kernel in 18.04 where the issue did not occur,
because it's not happening 100% of the time. Still a successful resume
is rare.

I have a similar problem. I'm using a wacom intous pen and double
clicking using the pen doesn't work in nautilus (it works in the mouse
settings test and everywhere else). Using the touch mode of the tablet
works, though (using a double tab),

I also stumbled about the fact that it seems to be impossible to have
multiple instances of the same filled in form under the same file name
and got the impression that "Save as..." does not work. After some
experimenting I found out the problem with "Save as...":

processor and a desktop PC with a socket A AMD Sempron 2600+, both with 1 GB
RAM. With high CPU load the period before the tooltip correctly appears gets
longer. So I guess the issue cant't be seen on a faster computer.

I had the same problem when upgrading from 14.04 - 14.10 and then again
from 14.10 - 15.04. My solution -which I found somewhere in the web-
was the same both times: Simply delete(!) /etc/bluetooth/audio.conf (or
rename it) and restart the bluetooth service. At least this worked for
me.

If I want to change the positions of direct neighbor windows, than I have do
drop the dragged window behind the middle of the target.
By direct neighbors I think it's a better usability to allow switching windows
independent from the drop position.
