You are correct, Timofey. It seems to be related to a problem with
VirtualBox, because:
* the problem IS reproducible - I have several tried to install both the
Gnome Alpha 3 and the LXDE Alpha 3 of Lucid Lynx, and there was the
same problem
* I have installed manually the version 3.1.4 of Sun

When I want to install a programm (like supertux or winefish) via the
software-manager, it does after finding the package, clicking the install
button and legitimation not begin with the installing process but does only
showing waiting

s-c doesn't stop waiting for other software-manager to quit
Trying it with the konsole solved the problem indirektly:
