Same here. I still use Hardy (32bit) because of KDE3. The behavioris

I have the latest Gimp from getdeb installed (2.6.6.). But no matter
what GTK-app is use (handbrake, gscan2pdf were tested), it's slow
everywhere with every single action in this window.

i got almost the exact same problem.
FF (an TB for that matter) work if started from Konsole. But KMenu
crashes with said error.
I use QTCurve for erverthing too. I will try if disabling QTCurve
changes anything.
FF in safe-mode works well. But with all extensions disabled/default
theme it
yes, any GTK+-Theme other than QTCurve works...
