Since Karmic Koala there is a regression Bug with the use of KDE with
gdm as Desktop Manager.
When using gdm and loging into KDE the only option remaining is logout.
No possibility to choose restart, shutdown etc.

The issue is not solved yet. Using Karmic 64bit.
Of course it might be possible to quickfix by using a env-variable.
At the end it harms the ubuntu-experience thou.
Especially as eclipse is used quite a bit in the community it
will be more then a LOW prio paper-cut.

This problem is definitly caused by a set MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME env
variable.
I think it would be very apropriate to change the script in a way that it does
not check the MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME env-variable or at least calls some unset
MOZILLA_FIVE_HOME as first command.

I can confirm the bug with the MX 5000 and I think the bug #32415 is

not possible to install kdesvn when kdesdk is installed.
kdesvn is a neet frontend to svn - repositories like cervisia
