sorry, but my ubuntu install is currently playing silly-buggers, and has
no internet access. I haven't been able to get any updates recently, so
the answre's 'yes', but not neccesarily 'cos it's still a problem.
a couple of points tho:
like i said, i tested it in safe-mode, with all the
actually, i'm pretty sure this isn't a bug in firefox, as such (it'd
probably work in opera aswell).
what i think is happening is this (i don't know what the program that
handles 'mailto' is called, so i'll call it mailhandler).
when you click on mailto:somwhere in firefox, it passes

unusable) by going to System Preferences Preferred applications
Mail Reader Custom Command, and entering one of the following:
