This is not consistent, but sometimes after suspending when i reconnect
the VPN menu items (using OpenVPN) are gone. I can launch the VPN by
going to Network Settings and toggling a particular VPN setting off and
then back on. Tried "sudo service network-manager restart" but

this time, is unfixed...

1. Turned off Wake on LAN in BIOS settings.

This is recent. Suspend/resume was working fine but now is a problem
~50% of the time. I shut the lid and it suspends, but frequently one of
two things happens:
1. The battery light stays on. The machine won't resume
