CONFIG_IPMI_HANDLER is still y in3.13.0-20, so this is still broken.
This is the workaround I'm using at the moment:

I see the exact same behaviour with current maverick packages. My
workaround is to make the second monitor below the first -- then I get
two full monitors working.
