#16 and #13 - Do **NOT** upgrade using that method. i tried, and it
messed up Ubuntu for me. Going to reinstall, but **DON'T** do it that
way! It'd be much better if you upgraded using the install disk.

When trying to upgrade Ubuntu either through the terminal (sudo do-
release-upgrade) or through the software updater, it will fail just
after starting saying that "An unresolvable error occurred while
calculating the upgrade" and it can't continue.
