[Bug 1446839] Re: soundkonverter linking to trash can widget in KDE 4.13.3 Kubuntu 14.04.2LTS

2015-04-22 Thread Daniel Faust
I don't think it's soundkonverter's fault and I can't reproduce it with kdebase4-workspace 4.11.17. I can't come up with any idea why soundkonverter could be causing this. My absolutely wild guess would be that you added soundkonverter to list of applications that can open folders

2015-04-12 Thread Daniel Faust
You are right, the --output parameter shouldn't be necessary. I already changed the code but introduced a crash, so give me some more time and I'll fix it. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu.

Thanks. I committed a patch to https://github.com/HessiJames/soundkonverter I haven't tested it much yet, but it should work fine. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1439730 Title:

[Bug 1378307] Re: Detailed options should be a superset of simple options and include overwrite.

As far as I can see Details is a super-set of Simple. Both have a Destination option that can be set to Source directory. Please look carefully and if you can't find it, make a screen shot. You are not the first who asks for an overwrite option but I choose to not add one in order to avoid data

[Bug 1378304] Re: Doesn't register itself for Open With in Thunar/etc.

2014-10-07 Thread Daniel Faust
soundKonverter is a KDE application. It integrates with KDE file managers by creating .desktop files during run-time. This way the user can right-click on a file and select actions - convert with soundkonverter. Adding file-type associations would conflict with that. If there is a way to add

2013-01-26 Thread Daniel Faust
Thanks for your feedback. I fixed the two bugs you mentioned (plus another one that caused the sox effects to not work). Regarding opus, taglib 1.8 does not support it. taglib 1.9 will, though. I will implement it as soon as I have the time. -- You received this bug notification because you

soundkonverter 1.6 will be the last version in the soundkonverter 1 series so there aren't any bug fixes in the pipe line and it might be a good point to update the packages. Even though version 1.6.3 lists a bug fix it's actually more of a cosmetic fix. The last serious fixes were released
