I'm afraid I don't have further information - when I boot my laptop up I
get a prompt stating Something went wrong -- Report?
I'm happy to run any commands if you know what would help.

Also affecting me -- Fresh install of Ubuntu 14.04 and installed XFCE to
remote from Windows. Everything is set to EN-GB but keyboard is stuck
in US.
