Netbeans 7.0 should be out at around the same time as Natty.

Manager still throws 407 Authentication Errors, even after clicking the
Apply System-wide button again, and a reboot.
Again, Synaptic is working fine but all the other apt programs don't

I tried that one initially and it doesn't make a difference to me. I
have to use Proxy Authentication and it returns 407 errors when trying
to do anything in these bits of software.
