Actually, something different has happened this time. Now, the files on
my C drive appear to be synchronised with UbuntuOne. However, when I try
and view the files (in UbuntuOne), I receive the same error message:
We're sorry. Something's not working correctly. Please try again or
check the Ubuntu

Hello,
Sorry - I have been away for a while without internet connection.
I have done all the above instructions. I have now tried to Sync again
but, unfortunately, the problem persists (with the same error message).

to Sync has a grey symbol with an exclamation mark. My Ubuntu One
