proxies. If I use 'grid-proxy-init -old' I'm getting the mentioned
error; if I use an RFC proxy it works fine.

I'm getting repeated crashes from the hfsplus module; attached file
shows the log. I have one hfs+ partition mounted on my MacBook 2.1. The
systems stays responsive, but processes that try to access the HFS+ file

I'm getting this behaviour as well on Karmic, on a Macbook2,1.
I've not configured the device in xorg.conf and I'm not aware that I had
to do anything special to get it working.
The following steps show the problem:
$ synclient -s -l | grep TapButton
TapButton1 = 1
This happens to me in Karmic, although the text is slightly different:
$ thunderbird
(thunderbird-bin:7407): GLib-WARNING **: g_set_prgname() called multiple times
The program 'thunderbird-bin' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.

I have a similar or identical problem and did some digging around in the
code. What openvpn does if used stand-alone is add routes according to
what the vpn server tells it. As a safety measure (this is key!) it adds
an explicit routing rule to the openvpn endpoint through the original
gateway
The actual changes in the routing occur in network-manager.

hardcoded into the plug-in; maybe this can be checked with Adobe? The
easy solution seems to be what I did: make two symlinks in a directory
in LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
