Impossible to use Virtualbox on Ubuntu 12.04, error Kernel driver not

'/etc/init.d/vboxdrv setup' does not exist, error sudo: /etc/init.d/vboxdrv:
command not found

Same problem. Root backups finish in
/home/user/sftp:/distantUser@server:22/backupfolder/
With Ubuntu 12.04 and deja-dup 22.0
