Once I've checked mentioned option (add new torrents to the top of the queue)
in deluge options.
Then, some time after hard-rebooting my PC, I noticed, that deluge has checked
just one of the torrents, while the other are displayed as

What happened:
1) I've added network (with all settings, including cert;
2) Trying to

Hi. I've got the same problem. Cleaning of /etc/network/interfaces
solved it.
