1. Place a audio cd in drive and ripp using Rhythmbox 0.13.1
2. eject cd
3. place same cd back in drive and try and ripp again
4. when told it's already there and option to skip/cancel/overwrite press

when i adjust the subwoofer , balance or fade the volume is reduced or
increased and then the slider jumps back to centre

I closed the laptop lid and it went in to power saving
When i opened the laptop lid again i was greeted with the safe-mode gfx menu
(as per bad xorg.conf / missing gfx module)
