[Bug 71913] Re: X crash: FontFileCompleteXLFD+0xa1

2007-06-28 Thread Diego Gaustein
Just a comment: I've tried CompComm from the SVN packages build by Evandro and the same thing happens. Since I've disabled Beryl it hasn't happened anymore, so it's definitely related, at least in my case. If anyone is following this bug, I think it should be marked in Gutsy Milestones,

Another me too here. Crashes are a little random, but AFAIK it only happens with Beryl enabled. Using latest nvidia-glx-new. I'm not sure if this happens with Compiz as I haven't used it much. I think this bug should be marked as critical. Backtrace: 0: /usr/bin/X(xf86SigHandler+0x81) [0x80c5d91]

It's quite unlikely that someone names a directory '2007-05-25_01.52.51.877577.%computername.ful', but you may be right, it's probably not a good practice. How about, when changing the backup directory in simple-backup-config, a friendly popup that asks you if you want to move your existing

Problem is, I might find it helpful, but there might be others that would have sbackup to do exactly what they wanted and nothing more. So people should exclude the file they don't want to backup. I understand, what is a sane default to one person may be an annoyance to another. In my case,
