The patch provided by Simon Arlott seems to correct the problem, gnome-
terminal behaves like expected now.

You were right, it works perfect in Oneric, and now I can't wait to
October to install it, It's really great. Is there any way to install
the version of dmraid used in Oneric in Natty?, I'd prefer not to

I have an ASUS M4A785TD-M EVO motherboard with fakeraid controller configured
with 4 sata disks as two raid0 arrays, dmraid activates only the first one. I
have installed all updates.
