I'm putting this as a bug report, even though it's mainly a Feature
request.
Not copying user settings to /etc/skel and not configuring /etc/fstab on
the new user installed are bugs,
Confirmed on Karmic 2.6.31-16, OOO 3.1.1
Can export as pdf, not as html, File could not be written
Rather annoying.
