Now I am keeping the same error message, but "xdg-screensaver suspend"
does suspend the screen saver. I don't know what possibly have caused
the change, between the time I filed the report and now I installed
several packages but they are normally unrelated to screensavers...
Anyhow you can close

When I close the redundant blank window, it asks me to save. I've never
made any changes to the window, so there's nothing to save. The extra
tab should not have been created.
