Bug exists for me since migration to 11.10; was able to assign key
bindings (viz., Ctrl + Alt + 1 to move to workspace 1) fine in 10.04.
Tried changing bindings through System Settings, none entered are
recognized.
N.B., was able instead to use Compiz Manager and enable Put to adjacent
viewport
P.S., Just noticed that since assigning bindings via Compiz, they showed
up under Custom Shortcuts under System SettingsKeyboard as Move
Window Right and Move Window Left.
Don't know if that's utterly obvious and expected or helpful, but in
case it's the latter, I figured I'd post it as well.

I consistently obtain similar results:
- Can use Meta+Tab fine to cycle through applications, but not Alt+Tab
- Using Alt-Tab causes some applications (including Nautilus, FireFox, and
LibreOffice, but not Krusader) to no longer response to mouse or keyboard input
- Shutting down and restarting
I'm only an average-skilled computer user, so please excuse me if I'm
posting in the wrong place.
I installed Ubuntu 10.04, and had sound fine. Wouldn't boot from grub
or wubi after upgrading to 10.10, so installed 10.10 tout frais from a
CD. There is now no sound.
My machine has a RV620 Audio
Public bug reported:
Sound was working when installed Ubuntu 10.04. Had trouble booting
(i.e,. with wubi) after upgrading to 10.10, so did a fresh install of
10.10 from a CD.
After fresh install, sound no longer works. I'm only using headphones,
and my sound card is reported as RV620 Aduio

I was able to fix my issues (um, with Ubuntu) by following the steps on this
page:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingSoundProblems
(For me, it was changing the user permissions.)
I hope that helps someone else, too.
Cheers!
