Pretty sure this is coming from evolution. Deleting all google calendars
from evolution fixes it.

evolution data server. I disabled google as Use for: calendar in the
Online Accounts settings and set up a google calendar sync via
evolution directly. So far it is working.

python-vobject. python-twisted-calendarserver is not in lucid. python-
vobject conflicts with calendarserver 2.0

Using alsamixer and increasing the muted 2nd Speaker fixes this
problem for me, but by default I cannot get sound from the headphones.

ubuntu's policy on the c standard followed by include files is.
