next boot after using fslint X fails to start

When Wakeup 1.3 plays it creates a volume slider under kmix as ALSA Plug-in
with the volume of 100%. Also a second Built-in Audio playback is created at
39% (installed preferences value). when wakeup quits the ALSA player is removed
and the second Built-in Audio playback
It seems that all the unmounted devices or what are marked noauto in
/etc/fstab are being considered Removable Devices and listed in the connected
part of the Removable Media system settings panel (Kubuntu) and are being
mounted as per the Enable Automatic mounting of removable devices

after password for root access is entered.
This is occurring on a fresh install of 13-10 where the Logical Volumes were
created on 13-04. This worked on 13-04.

Here is blkid and fstab to be more complete as I see from the dmsg that the
third mount phase , the first section above, shows the opts without the noauto:

I have two filesystems marked noauto in /etc/fstab. With Kubuntu 13-10
kernel vmlinuz-3.11.0-12 these files systems ae mounted on boot. Prior to
13-10 the filesystems were not mounted at boot

all my pictures are on a different drive. I thought the same thing as
fslint starts with home/eric (ny directory). So i was very careful to
start by deleting that file from the scan area. but when I rebooted x
failed again. Is there some way I can since I have narrowed the bad dot
or config

partition
and which contained all the . files and .directories. and mounted it with
fstab.
After a reboot Dropbox tried to come up and complained as the dropbox file
was not there and i noticed that the modem light was not

I used fslint to clean up some of my 1000's of pictures. On the next boot the
desktop (two monitors) was black and the toolbars did not exist. I hav a many
boot system 13.04 (3.8.0-22,21,19), 12.10(3.5.0-28) a fresh 13.04(3.8.0-19).
