Same thing for me, I am using static Ip adresses, but i'm not using KDE.
Everytime i reboot, i loose the DNS server and i had to enter them
again, using the Gnome panel (i don't know the name).
My resolv.conf after a reboot :
# Dynamic resolv.conf(5) file for glibc resolver(3) generated by resolv
Public bug reported:
During the boot of 08.04 x86_64 rc, cups is blocking. I waited for a
while, but nothing happened. I checked the CD, and it works fine on
another PC.
In the same situation with 08.04 x86_64 beta, i have no problem.
My system is :
Gigabyte P35-DS4
Intel Q6600
Geforce 8800 GT
