As a temporary workaround i used this commands
apt-get download overlay-scrollbar-gtk2:i386
sudo dpkg -i --force-depends overlay-scrollbar-gtk2*.deb

I have installed the samba-dbg package,
and the smbmount and mount.cifs command still give me a

i have the same problem as normal user and as root.
