Yep; upgraded to Intrepid from Hardy just a couple of days ago. (I too have the 915 chipset) A bit drastic, but I've tried this a couple of times, and the way I've resorted to consistently getting an actually usable UI (there's only so much I can do with ssh) is by removing usplash sudo apt-get r
