The KDE-equivalent would be ksysguard [1] which can be installed via
packagemanager, anyway it should be there already within a standard-
installation.

(Minuet) requires 'drumstick-alsa>=1.0.1' which I believe is part of the
libdrumstick package.

Apart from a packaging- bug #1634250
Qt-4 and KDE-4 are not developed any further.
The Kubuntu-Team should (to my mind) consider to request removal from
archive of such duplicates.
