Ignacio, should we see a pstate at 3600 MHz if Turboboost is really on?
On my motherboard, i can see 3600 MHz after turning off C'n'Q on my
motherboard. But I have only one pstate, 3600 MHz, after that. So I
guess we should see 5 pstates if TurboBoost is really on.

I have the same problem with my WACOM tablet and iMac. My ubuntu version
is 10.10. I cannot remove the Wacom tablet, neither can i reconnect it
from my iMac.

Then you will have to upgrade to 10.10. In my mind, 2.6.32 kernel hasn't
fixed the problem.
