I can reproduce this on a Herd 4 system. When Iog out, it doesn't take
me to KDM, but rather takes me to a black screen. Sometimes, a bit of
the shut down menu will display (but it will never shut down). Ctrl +
Alt + Backspace doesn't work, neither does trying to get to a TTY.

Maybe related to the Flash ad at the bottom of the page. Allan, what
version of flash do you have. about:plugins will tell you if you type
that in your address bar. also, is this crash reproduceable. I can not
reproduce it on my Feisty Herd 3 system with Fx 2.0.0.1.

David, the issue with your crash report is that it does not have
debugging symbols attached to it. Have you installed the debugging
symbols (in a terminal: sudo apt-get install firefox-dbg). Then when
there is a crash, a file will appear on your desktop and that is the
file we want.

searching packages, I do not see this in our repositories. I would look
