Everytime I start nautilus from terminal i get this:

the screens AND the launcher after I minimize them. It may be another

On 14.04 too and im also having this annoying problem.
I have tested ALL the settings and I think I figured out were the bug is.
Once you have a window open disable the "toggle scaled mode" option it will
make the content of the window appear immediatly.
