Binary package hint: empathy
I am using Ubuntu 10.10 running with the latest updates
The problem is that when I want to sign in to msn. Empathy keeps
displaying the loader icon next to the status dropdown menu.
Very annoying

I just solved this problem:
I went to ACCOUNT SETTINGS my msn address advanced
and i changed messenger.hotmail.com - messenger.live.com
It was just a lucky guess but it worked!

The problem came back, after 2 hours of succesful using msn on empathy i
rebooted my laptop and suddenly i couldn't login anymore.
Even not when i change messenger.live.com back to messenger.hotmail.com
vice versa

I just installed some updates and when i rebooted my bar was like this (see
attachment).
The corrupted wifi-icon however, I've seen it already before the updates.
I'll reboot and see whether the problem is solved, i'll let you know.
