I would love to jump in and tackle this: I'm a developer, I want to
switch to Empathy.
I know lots of developers work on things they care about in their free
time; I can't afford to do that right now. Without turning this into a
classified ad, I'll simply suggest that anyone interested in helping

I know that ghc7, as part of supporting Haskell Prime, drops support for
certain syntax constructs. However, I think multiple haskell-platforms
could co-exist if some packages absolutely require the old platform.

I'm using rekonq 0.3.0 right now and it's very fast, stable, and
functional. Konqueror is just not up to the task of rendering some more
modern pages. Rekonq is a native KDE app with a great rendering engine,
and it does just what it should - it renders web pages.
