It can be easily seen that the monitor has not been properly detected,
and maximum frequency was set at 60hz.

Tried to start flegita from a terminal window in Gnome.
Probably a duplicate of Bug #64976.

You know what's strange? I have no gnomescan installed at all. Only some
libraryes. Did a search in Synaptic after gnomescan and gnomescan
0.4.0.4-0ubuntu1 is not installed. What is installed is:
libgnomescan0 0.4.0.4-0ubuntu1
libgnomescan-common 0.4.0.4-0ubuntu1
libgnomescanui0
Ok, i've managed to get gnomescan compiled with debugging support. I
have attached the output. Probably this is what you are looking for.

I came upon the same problem
